Corned Beef Tater Tot Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust                            

  • 1 can corned beef                                                              

  • 1.5  cups Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes (from 32-oz bag)                            

  • 1 red onion sliced                                       

  •  6 cloves garlic, crushed

  • .5 cup pizza sauce

  • .5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil.

  2. Add garlic and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.

  3. Add the corned beef, breaking meat into smaller pieces.

  4. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza crust onto a non-stick or lined baking sheet and form into a rectangle .

  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, leaving about 1/4 inch space from the edges.

  8. Add the cooked corned beef and top with the tater tots

  9. Sprinkle with cheese

  10. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. 

  11. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
