Corned Beef Tater Tot Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1 can corned beef
1.5 cups Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes (from 32-oz bag)
1 red onion sliced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
.5 cup pizza sauce
.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add garlic and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
Add the corned beef, breaking meat into smaller pieces.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza crust onto a non-stick or lined baking sheet and form into a rectangle .
Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, leaving about 1/4 inch space from the edges.
Add the cooked corned beef and top with the tater tots
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
