We also talked about her Buko Pie recipe that she learned from YouTube. Genii shared her experience with using young coconut meat in the Buko Pie for a perfect balance of sweetness. Finally, we chatted about her favorite way to enjoy Buko Pie - with a scoop of ice cream - which was a hit at a recent party.
